Ár Éiteas
Irish Food Sovereignty
We're passionate about promoting food sovereignty in Ireland. By prioritising locally sourced ingredients and supporting Irish farmers and producers, we aim to contribute to a more resilient and self-sufficient food system. Our commitment to Irish food sovereignty extends beyond just ingredients; it's about nurturing a deeper connection to the land and its people.
Circular Mindset
Embracing a circular mindset is fundamental to our operations. We believe in minimising waste and maximising resources throughout our production process.
Community
Community is the cornerstone of Bia Cultures. We're committed to build strong and inclusive communities around our shared love for fermented foods. Whether it's through farmer’s markets, events, or online platforms, we treasure every opportunity to connect with our customers and fellow food enthusiasts.
We have a WhatsApp group dedicated to purchase fresh produce and goods collectively. We have set up this group in order to buy food and other commonly used goods directly from producers or from big retailers at a price that is fair to both parties. This is strictly for nonprofit and intended to help us all afford quality produce and goods at a cheaper collective price. If you want to join please follow the link!
