Fermented Garlic Butter

Great for garlic bread or as a based for any sauces!

Ingredients: 

250g butter, room temperature 

2 Fermented Garlic cloves, minced 

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions: 

Whip the butter until light and creamy. 

Stir in Fermented Garlic and parsley.

Serve!
