An introductory course into the world of fermented foods with a focus on lacto-fermentation. This is a hands-on workshop, meaning you will get to make and bring home your own delicious Irish fermented vegetables. A vegetarian lunch/dinner will be provided with fermented drinks.

Cancellation policy. We understand something can come up in life so we offer full refund if you cancel 14 days in advance, 50% refund if you cancel 7 days in advance and no refund thereafter. If we can replace your spot at the workshop we will refund the full price.
