An introductory course into the world of fermented foods with a focus on Kimchi, Korean lacto-fermented vegetables. This is a hands-on workshop, meaning you will get to make and bring home your own delicious Irish fermented vegetables. A vegetarian lunch/dinner will be provided with fermented drinks and mineral water.
Cancellation policy. We understand something can come up in life so we offer full refund if you cancel 14 days in advance, 50% refund if you cancel 7 days in advance and no refund thereafter. If we can replace your spot at the workshop we will refund the full price.
